Screens & Tracks
Removing, washing, and replacing exterior screens requires additional labor. Deep cleaning sliding tracks also requires extra time and specific tooling.
Hard-Water Stain Treatment
Standard cleaning removes dirt, not mineral deposits from sprinkler overspray. We assess and price chemical treatment separately. Note: long-standing mineral damage may be permanent etching.
