We believe in straightforward pricing. While we don't offer automated instant quotes—because every house is truly different—we are entirely transparent about how we calculate our prices. When Cody provides your quote, he is looking at several specific factors.

You’ll receive a written price for the agreed scope. Any additional work or price change requires your approval before we begin that additional work. Payment is due only after the work is complete, the final walkthrough is finished, and you’re happy with the work.

Primary Cost Drivers

• Pane Count: The sheer number of glass surfaces is the largest factor. A large picture window and a set of French doors take different amounts of time to detail.
• Scope of Service: Exterior-only cleaning costs less than a full interior and exterior detail, as the latter requires double the work and careful maneuvering inside your home.
• Accessibility & Height: First-floor windows are easily accessible. Windows on a second or third story require ladders or specialized water-fed pole systems, which increases the labor time and risk profile.

Quote-Dependent Add-Ons

Some items require significant extra labor and are priced separately to keep base costs fair:

• Screens: Removing, washing, drying, and carefully reinstalling screens takes time.
• Tracks: A basic wipe of the exposed sill is included, but deep-cleaning sliding tracks requires brushing, vacuuming, and specialized tooling.
• Hard Water Treatment: Removing mineral deposits requires chemical applications and longer dwell times.

Post-Construction Needs

If your home was recently built or remodeled, the glass is likely covered in paint overspray, stucco, or adhesive. This requires assessment and highly careful scraping to avoid scratching, which commands a different rate than standard maintenance cleaning.
