Estimates & Pricing

All quotes provided over the phone or written are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing is subject to on-site inspection by our team. If the scope of work differs significantly from what was described, we will inform you and adjust the quote before any work begins.

Service Limitations

We strive to provide the highest quality service. However, we cannot remove permanent damage such as glass etching caused by hard water, existing scratches, or damaged window seals. If we identify pre-existing damage, we will bring it to your attention.

Cancellations

We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Satisfaction Promise

Our promise is simple: If something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right. You must notify us of any issues within 48 hours of service completion so we can promptly address them.
