Construction debris and glass conditions need a different review than routine window washing. Before confirming work, we look at the scope, access, visible debris, glass and frame materials, and any signs of pre-existing damage.
What affects the scope
The amount and type of construction debris, access, story count, glass and frame materials, and condition visible at assessment all affect the proposed scope. Work is limited to up to three stories and is always subject to safe access and the final quote.
Assessment-First Policy
Pre-existing scratches, damaged seals, or other conditions can be obscured by construction debris. An assessment helps set an appropriate scope and identify visible concerns before work is confirmed.
